We I first walked up I smelled smoke. I went to the room and it was stuffy and smelled like smoke. I specific asked for a nonsmoking room. Upon arrival the elevator was working but when I returned from getting a bite to eat it wasn’t working. I only stayed 2.5 hours after I checked in because I couldn’t get comfortable. I asked for a refund but the they refused to give me a refund not even half of the cost.!!

I would actually like my money back. This is literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The bed skirts had food and bodily fluid on them! The shower had hair entangled inside of the shower curtain!! Dirty floors and appliances. I am requesting my money back asap!

The rooms were bland and the building was New and no ice machines or any other thing but the fridge in the room was cold
