A place to avoid What a poor service and conditions. No internet, uncomfortable rooms, and only one elevator and out of service!!!!

Couldnt stayed they charge deposit fee

Over Charged For Know Reason Booked a room online but when i arrived at check in I was still required to put up a 120.00 dollar deposit even though the room was payed for online. They wouldnt let me access the room until i payed the deposit and Its been almost 2 weeks now and i still havent been reimbursed my deposit.

Poor service I booked ahead and they told me if i wasnt here by 11:59 they had to cancel my stay or they would just charge the room. I called to let them know what time id arrive and they said they couldnt help me. Now i have no room. How embarrassing is that? Scare in the middle of no where. Thanks for the help

Wouldn’t let me check in Showed up to check in at 12:55am. No attendant was available and had to contact corporate to get someone to come to the front desk. Attendant finally came down at 1:15 am and informed us we couldn’t check in because computer automatically does an audit at 1am and cancels reservations that have not checked in.
