Check-in was horrible, receptionist had a bad attitude and nothing hostile. Requirements to check in were just over exagerating. Had a non smoking room and all of the 4th floor smelt like smoke bad.

It had dead roaches on the furniture it was the first thing we noticed.

Poor service Checked in after midnight due to a late flight. Room was cancelled and was charged a higher rate. Also was put in a smoking room when a non smoking room was requested.

Wasn't a good experience It sucked because their business hours are 8a to 7p "due to covid" So I wasnt able to exchange towels or get more because I was out doing my work.. I took off work to get towels and soap but the person watching the counter wanted to argue about it and finally relented but only gave me enough for 2 days when we were stay 4. Avoid the place like it has the plague. The elevators did not work and I got stuck up on the 4th floor. What a miserable experience. You get better service out of a motel 6.

Broken Elevator We were in town waiting for the birth of our granddaughter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was a smoking facility and even though we had a non smoking room it had an overwhelming smoke odor. We were on the 4th floor and when we checked in, the elevator worked. When we returned the elevator was broken. My husband is disabled and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs. We checked out the next morning and had to carry our luggage down the stairs again. Smelt like cigarettes every single day in the hallway . They don’t replace your sheets or towels unless you’re willing to pay for it. Needs an upgrade in the rooms. If you’re looking for somewhere to sleep for the night & that’s it , go with it. Vacation worthy? Hell no

We I first walked up I smelled smoke. I went to the room and it was stuffy and smelled like smoke. I specific asked for a nonsmoking room. Upon arrival the elevator was working but when I returned from getting a bite to eat it wasn’t working. I only stayed 2.5 hours after I checked in because I couldn’t get comfortable. I asked for a refund but the they refused to give me a refund not even half of the cost.!!
