Es malísimo demasiado lejos, el check in demasiado tarde. el check out muy temprano habitaciones pequeñas no hay buena relación costo y servicios e estado en mejores hoteles por la mitad del precio.

Stinky room Charged to have linin renewed and room smelled horrible. Took them three times to get our key cards to work and eventually had to move us rooms because of that location was great. Next to fort bliss where I’m stationed. But if the room wouldn’t have smelled like wet dog it would’ve been a lot more pleasant. Will never stay there again.

Unfortunately the bad reviews were right on. Got to the property and was told they didn't have one room ready.(booked 2) Offered to give us one on 3rd floor. (smoking floor) Hallway on 3rd reeked of smoke. Made me sick just walking thru it. Showed us 2 rooms on 3rd floor anyway, but one was at the end of the reeking hallway. The other smelled like old food and body odor. The receptionist treated a housekeeper ugly in front of us because she didn't know they had changed to a new room check system for rooms that had been clean... read more

Bad service, smoky hallways We requested a room for 4 people and was given a room w 2 full beds which is perfect for our family. 2 towels were given to us so we requested additional 2 towels for the 4 people. We were told that they only provide 2 towels. The room was smoky but not as bad as the hallway smoke which is almost unbearable. Our card was deactivated on the second day had to go to front desk to get a new one The front desk hours are from 8am to 8pm if you call the desk after 8 pm, your call will be rerouted to a 18... read more

Check in took about 30 minutes, then even though I’m in a non smoking room, all I smell is cigarette smoke. The shower was pretty bad, the faucet was almost falling off and most of the water was coming out of the faucet and not the shower head, making the water pressure very weak. And the water didn’t drain! By the end of my shower I was in about half a tub full of water... pretty disappointed with this stay
