The room was disgusting, there was a towel that looked like a gorilla gave birth on it. When I tried to check out early the manager would not refund me the nights I didn't use. Wood spring suites Fayetteville is right next to a strip club with plenty of homless trannys to sing to you. Not an exaggeration. A bum in a rhinestone dress sang to me while I went walked to my ride. Nothing against it, just a lot to process before breakfast is all.
I did not stay here they were over booked give me my refund I want a refund where is my refund
I paid for a room online then got there and was told there were no rooms.
It was overbooked after confirmation with Travelocity and had to find another hotel
Horrible stay away! The worst experience ever. We arrived 9pm the front desk was closed with a metal gate. Over it looked like a SRO meaning gross. The front desk guy came to the desk 15 min later. He wouldn’t open the gate the whole way. Weird. Then he tells us there’s no rooms left. We had a reservation and there were no more rooms. Thank god cause we were 2 women and didn’t feel safe there. GROSS!
Noone at the front for check-in or out.
