Never again It had to be the absolute worse experience I've had in my life. Staff was never around and was rude

The room I stayed in smelled like smoke. Don't think the electrical was working properly. And there was a ring in the tub. Overall the worse experience I've ever had staying at a hotel

Hood winked I don't know because I did not get to stay there. There were no reservations in my name nor were there any available rooms for me to stay the night. Though I had a confirmation number, it was useless. We were sent away, even though the money was taken out of my account for services I did not receive.

Kitchen and refrigerator alright. Price was alright. Carpet was nasty. Lots of noise at night. Hard to open doors with key card.

Decent but could be better The first hotel room we had was horrible. The beds weren't made and the TV didn't work. I've never been to a hotel where u didn't have curtains for the window. The beds were rough and I had minor back problems when waking up. Policy is too strict on linens and bed sheets. The young man at the front desk was very helpful with us getting another room.
Not going back It took over a hour to get check in and the front desk was horrible and rude not to me but others
DO NOT RECOMMEND Sucked. How do you get charged $10 extra dollars because the floor towel that goes in the bathroom was stained? When we got our deposit back they charged $10 for a towel that belongs on the floor when u get out of the shower. That is where the towel stayed. Can we help their floor wasn't clean enough that it stained the towel? Its meant to stand on after you get out of the shower, and thats exactly what we used it for. Ordinary and basic. I arrived about 11 pm and was met at the reception desk with a roll-down metal divider and instructions to dial 500 to check in. I did as instructed and a few moments later the metal divider was rolled up and a man checked me in. He was reasonably courteous and gave me my key card with verbal instructions on how to find my room, on the other side of the keyed entrance. The room was bare-bones but looked clean.
