DO NOT RECOMMEND Sucked. How do you get charged $10 extra dollars because the floor towel that goes in the bathroom was stained? When we got our deposit back they charged $10 for a towel that belongs on the floor when u get out of the shower. That is where the towel stayed. Can we help their floor wasn't clean enough that it stained the towel? Its meant to stand on after you get out of the shower, and thats exactly what we used it for. Ordinary and basic. I arrived about 11 pm and was met at the reception desk with a roll-down metal divider and instructions to dial 500 to check in. I did as instructed and a few moments later the metal divider was rolled up and a man checked me in. He was reasonably courteous and gave me my key card with verbal instructions on how to find my room, on the other side of the keyed entrance. The room was bare-bones but looked clean. Terrifying experience. So 1. first off, NOT a regular hotel: it is primarily a per-week facility. So make whatever assumptions you'd like to about the usual tenants you would be staying alongside...more on this later... 2. no wifi. WORST PLACE EVER This was the WORST place we have ever stayed at. We checked in late at night and weren't checked in properly, so for the next 3 days we had people banging on our door in the morning saying, "Oh, sorry. I didn't know anyone was in this room." We also found a cockroach in our room! The shower was also broken and we had to fix it ourselves because apparently the "maintenance guy" was on vacation. Horrific This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. I was supposed to be there for 7 nights. After 2 nights I checked out. Management is uncaring and rigid. They have no concern regarding guest safety or concerns. I will NEVER again stay at ANY of their motels in any state. Save yourself from paying for two motels and avoid this one.
