Does not honor their reservations I booked a room for an overnight stay on a trip between South Florida and NYC a week and a half in advance. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, the front desk person said that they were not accepting any registrations for short term stays, only long term. I told him I had a reservation and he acknowledged that I did, but they would not honor it. He said it was the fault of the website which booked it, not the hotels. Nasty people. When I first arrived at the hotel the lady behind the desk was pleasant enough. Another customer was complaining about his card not working and that he was going to another hotel. Well once that was fixed I checked in, paid for the internet placed my things in my room and left to go back to the hospital with my mom. Well after my mom went to sleep I left around 10pm went back to the hotel my card didn't work at all. I kept calling the number on the wall which kept ringing. Fort Bragg There is a lot of road construction around the facility making it very difficult to get around. The place is very run down and needs some upgrading.

BAD NIGHT The room was dirt, the bed was not made, and there were dishes in the sink. When we asked for another room, we were told that was all there was. They would not even refund our reservation. Don't make an $80 mistake, Don't stay here!

Get what you pay for. No frills. No free wifi. No working tv remote. Murphy style bed. Clean enough. Looks like it may be used as local, temp homeless housing.
