Misrepresentation of Woodsprings Suites Had to pay for WI-FI. Advertised as free The remote for the TV didn't work. TV channels were missing Noisey, hotel guests were slamming doors all night Roaches

Terrible place to stay! Staff is rude and disrespectful!! Roaches everywhere!! Will not recommend to anyone!! Not worth the money you pay to stay there.

Clean, but marred with horrible service Horrible customer service from the Assistant Manager, Nairobi. Nasty, mean, dismissive, and "can't be wrong". The other workers, while not overly cheerful, at least didn't talk down to you like your questions were stupid and you were dumb. Room was clean, but those policies were a bitt off the charts (if YOU don't dispose of your own trash it's $45 charge)

Ok location, basic everything People walking around in socks like they were at home and housecoats in lobby, outside and throughout hotel. Seemrd more like s housing project than a suite hotel. Kids running all over the place, inside and out with hotel staff not friendly or professional in appearance or tone.

Not as good as other extended stays The whole place smells like cigarette smoke my floor to include the carpet was sticky. The shower took about 5 minutes to warm up. The front desk shutter was almost always closed when it wasn’t I still had to wait 5-10 minutes while calling out hello to get help. I was given a room key with a hole punched in it that only worked once. Overall very disappointed

The first room they tried to give us was covered in German cockroaches and then after about a few days the new room started getting them too. So disgusting!

I came in around 1 because i booked a room online and the black lady at front desk said she gave my room away because she didn’t think i would make it, forcing me to sleep outside in my car...definitely wouldn’t recommend to anybody not even my worse enemy

Mad beyond words customer They charge my card the day after I left for Wifi service that I didn't even use especially when my cell phone service is UNLIMITED with T-Mobile. Not to mention when I call to dispute the charges the manager on duty was rude, nasty, very unprofessional & had the nerve to hang up in my ear. I will not book here ever agai

Horrible There was roaches in the room... the bathroom floor had hair .... the control to the TV didn’t work... there was no ironing board or iron in the room... people played loud music late at night.... the room which was a non smoking room smelled like someone had smoked and in the middle of the night we were waken up to the smell of weed... and on top of that you are responsible for your garbage so you have to remove your garbage and walk it to the Dumpster located in the rear or the hotel.
