I came in around 1 because i booked a room online and the black lady at front desk said she gave my room away because she didn’t think i would make it, forcing me to sleep outside in my car...definitely wouldn’t recommend to anybody not even my worse enemy

Mad beyond words customer They charge my card the day after I left for Wifi service that I didn't even use especially when my cell phone service is UNLIMITED with T-Mobile. Not to mention when I call to dispute the charges the manager on duty was rude, nasty, very unprofessional & had the nerve to hang up in my ear. I will not book here ever agai

Horrible There was roaches in the room... the bathroom floor had hair .... the control to the TV didn’t work... there was no ironing board or iron in the room... people played loud music late at night.... the room which was a non smoking room smelled like someone had smoked and in the middle of the night we were waken up to the smell of weed... and on top of that you are responsible for your garbage so you have to remove your garbage and walk it to the Dumpster located in the rear or the hotel.

The WORST STAY EVER It was terrible I had to switch rooms twice and ended up getting a free stay because I had so many problems! I will NEVER stay there again !

Does not honor their reservations I booked a room for an overnight stay on a trip between South Florida and NYC a week and a half in advance. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, the front desk person said that they were not accepting any registrations for short term stays, only long term. I told him I had a reservation and he acknowledged that I did, but they would not honor it. He said it was the fault of the website which booked it, not the hotels. The worse experience,barely sleep too loud,no consideration,service desk never took action and poor service...I'll never go there again....THE WORSE PLACE EVER.

Nasty people. When I first arrived at the hotel the lady behind the desk was pleasant enough. Another customer was complaining about his card not working and that he was going to another hotel. Well once that was fixed I checked in, paid for the internet placed my things in my room and left to go back to the hospital with my mom. Well after my mom went to sleep I left around 10pm went back to the hotel my card didn't work at all. I kept calling the number on the wall which kept ringing.
