Not a real hotel! First off, this isn't a real hotel and should not be offered as such. The internet isn't free. In fact, the not free internet was extremely laggy. The typical hotel toiletries aren't offered. There isn't a breakfast offered or available for purchase. The staff is so used to dealing with long-term clients, they forget what customer service looks like. I would not recommend this hotel to any one. The staff was horrible and rude. They were people selling drugs out of their rooms. It's was nasty and not taken care off. Honestly wouldn't NEVER stay there again.

Don’t stay there... Super Bad customer service for the check in, the front desk was close. We had to call a number they have in the front door in order to get assistance from someone. When the guy finally came downstairs 10 min later was super rude with us. In the morning was a different story and staff was nicer. PLEASE BE AWARE.... THEY CHARGE 45$ extra if you don’t take out the garbage. YES YOU HAVE TO TAKE OUT YOUR OWN GARBAGE, even thou they have house keeping service. Won’t stay again.

Misrepresentation of Woodsprings Suites Had to pay for WI-FI. Advertised as free The remote for the TV didn't work. TV channels were missing Noisey, hotel guests were slamming doors all night Roaches

Clean, but marred with horrible service Horrible customer service from the Assistant Manager, Nairobi. Nasty, mean, dismissive, and "can't be wrong". The other workers, while not overly cheerful, at least didn't talk down to you like your questions were stupid and you were dumb. Room was clean, but those policies were a bitt off the charts (if YOU don't dispose of your own trash it's $45 charge)

Ok location, basic everything People walking around in socks like they were at home and housecoats in lobby, outside and throughout hotel. Seemrd more like s housing project than a suite hotel. Kids running all over the place, inside and out with hotel staff not friendly or professional in appearance or tone.

Not as good as other extended stays The whole place smells like cigarette smoke my floor to include the carpet was sticky. The shower took about 5 minutes to warm up. The front desk shutter was almost always closed when it wasn’t I still had to wait 5-10 minutes while calling out hello to get help. I was given a room key with a hole punched in it that only worked once. Overall very disappointed

The first room they tried to give us was covered in German cockroaches and then after about a few days the new room started getting them too. So disgusting!
