Would never ever stay there again..was noisy people was up all night slamming doors yelling down the hall and arguing

"No Rooms available" I made the reservation for this hotel 2 days before my trip and paid through Orbitz. When I arrived I was informed there were no more rooms and even though I had a reservation the rooms were "First come first served." The individual who was working did not even check a computer for my reservation or if rooms were actually available. Ridiculous. Will never use this chain again.

Don't recommend The kitchen bath floors were dirty. The toilet was dirty. Had to clean to use. Not to mention a roach was found! Hard to rest after that. Staff was lukewarm. Parking lot in front was ice covered. Dangerous walking. I would never recommend it!

Don't do a late Check-in I called prior to 6pm to let them know that I would be delayed at Ft. Bragg. I arrived at 11pm and used the lobby phone -- as directed to contact the on-duty person. No answer of any kind for 1p min. Finally got a "800" number person that was supposed to get in touch with someone. Staff finally showed up -- finally got in my room after approx. 50 min. looked at my covers and I thought it was an marker who would expect blood would be on your cover so I took dawn to try to clean it come to find out it was blood took it to the front and was told It was fresh and I had to was it myself and there is more than one stain on my cover

Not a real hotel! First off, this isn't a real hotel and should not be offered as such. The internet isn't free. In fact, the not free internet was extremely laggy. The typical hotel toiletries aren't offered. There isn't a breakfast offered or available for purchase. The staff is so used to dealing with long-term clients, they forget what customer service looks like. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything that is going on in the adjacent rooms.Smoking is permitted or tolerated by the management. It was horrible ... read more

I would not recommend this hotel to any one. The staff was horrible and rude. They were people selling drugs out of their rooms. It's was nasty and not taken care off. Honestly wouldn't NEVER stay there again.

Don’t stay there... Super Bad customer service for the check in, the front desk was close. We had to call a number they have in the front door in order to get assistance from someone. When the guy finally came downstairs 10 min later was super rude with us. In the morning was a different story and staff was nicer. PLEASE BE AWARE.... THEY CHARGE 45$ extra if you don’t take out the garbage. YES YOU HAVE TO TAKE OUT YOUR OWN GARBAGE, even thou they have house keeping service. Won’t stay again.
