Pet deposit was more than the room

Ok if in a bind The trip was last minute and their last minute deal was hard to pass up, but should have been. The A.C. barely worked all night. The toilet ran constantly and some of the neighbors were pretty rowdy through the night. The area is a bit questionable especially if arriving late.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Upon my Husband's arrival to this establishment he encountered a filthy room. The floor had not been vacuumed, the bed was not freshly made, there were no towels or any type of soaps, lotions, etc. in the bathroom and to top it all off there were large roaches climbing the walls. We have never encountered a more disgusting and filthy experience booking through Hotels.com and will be contacting their corporate office immediately.

i got off work last Friday at 2am and my key did not work. this was the 2nd time this happened. I had urinate really bad and i couldn't get in the room that I pay 300 a week for. I had to wait 25 minutes for the reservations person to contact the night desk person. all because my key wasn't programmed properly.

The front desk was unattended for fifteen minutes upon check-in, and the prebooked disabled accessible room was not cleaned and ready. They had to substitute an inferior room with smaller beds. They also tried to insist that there was a fifty dollar deposit required for rooms, despite not being any mention of it in the paperwork or on the website. They also made us take out our own trash, despite my partner being disabled.

Buyer beware! The hotel is in a very sketchy neighborhood with strip clubs all around (I counted 5 within half a mile). The clientele was pretty much homeless who scavenged enough money to get a bed for the night. The first room was filthy, however, the manager was EXTREMELY responsive and attentive.
