i got off work last Friday at 2am and my key did not work. this was the 2nd time this happened. I had urinate really bad and i couldn't get in the room that I pay 300 a week for. I had to wait 25 minutes for the reservations person to contact the night desk person. all because my key wasn't programmed properly.

The front desk was unattended for fifteen minutes upon check-in, and the prebooked disabled accessible room was not cleaned and ready. They had to substitute an inferior room with smaller beds. They also tried to insist that there was a fifty dollar deposit required for rooms, despite not being any mention of it in the paperwork or on the website. They also made us take out our own trash, despite my partner being disabled.

Buyer beware! The hotel is in a very sketchy neighborhood with strip clubs all around (I counted 5 within half a mile). The clientele was pretty much homeless who scavenged enough money to get a bed for the night. The first room was filthy, however, the manager was EXTREMELY responsive and attentive. He immediately got me another room but before he moved me he had the room scoured and cleaned. He also extended my stay for free for 2 days to make up for it. "No Rooms available" I made the reservation for this hotel 2 days before my trip and paid through Orbitz. When I arrived I was informed there were no more rooms and even though I had a reservation the rooms were "First come first served." The individual who was working did not even check a computer for my reservation or if rooms were actually available. Ridiculous. Will never use this chain again.

Don't recommend The kitchen bath floors were dirty. The toilet was dirty. Had to clean to use. Not to mention a roach was found! Hard to rest after that. Staff was lukewarm. Parking lot in front was ice covered. Dangerous walking. I would never recommend it!

Don't do a late Check-in I called prior to 6pm to let them know that I would be delayed at Ft. Bragg. I arrived at 11pm and used the lobby phone -- as directed to contact the on-duty person. No answer of any kind for 1p min. Finally got a "800" number person that was supposed to get in touch with someone. Staff finally showed up -- finally got in my room after approx. 50 min. looked at my covers and I thought it was an marker who would expect blood would be on your cover so I took dawn to try to clean it come to find out it was blood took it to the front and was told It was fresh and I had to was it myself and there is more than one stain on my cover
