Just not great experience dirty room felt like I was put in the bug’s room and they didn’t tell them

Staff was unhelpful, not enough linen, 3 of us in the room only 1 towel and refused to give us more, tub had mildew and was not clean we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. The bathroom light didn't work and was very dim, the exhaust fan didn't works that well. There was an extra charge for everything. Zero amenities.

Worst place ever the guy that work behind the desk stood outside of the building and smoked a cigarette and watch me try to find somebody that work there for 45 minutes before he decided to help me he tells me that they don't take passport what place doesn't take a government-issued passport I gave him my driver's license he has a very nasty attitude there was nothing but prostitutes and drug dealers at this hotel and I know that because they asked me and my friend do we need anything we get to the room and there was roaches... read more

Residential hotel, too noisy to ever sleep. The hotel clerk was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was neat and clean. There's where the comfort stopped. This was by far the nosiest hotel with the most uncomfortable bed we have ever stay at, and we travelled a lot. We went to bed about 11:pm, but didn't sleep more than 30 minutes at one time all night long. Their were dogs barking, doors slamming, people shouting in the hallway, children running in the room above us as well as loud cars revving their engine... read more
