We didn't know that you would not be getting clean towels everyday. No ice machine they gave us trays and make your own ice. The room had an odor. The entrance is not on Owen Dr. When you enter or exit the place look out for the traffic you are two car length for the light.

Hotel staff was very kind and they called when I was settled into my room to make sure o had everything I needed. The room itself was very gross. I had just stayed in an extended stay in Lynchburg that was great but this one was incredibly disappointing. I moved a chair closer to the bed and found food, beer bootleg caps, and a dirty bandaid! And the room smelled. I felt gross the next morning when I left.

Scary many people walking by the rooms late at night talking loud and drinking and smoking in front of the room door

Not a happy mom Was the worst place ever,back,area,checked in and checked. Out two mins layer after I huge big yellow stain and Brown stain on sheets and when I talked to the lady she assent shocked at all.still waiting for refund.

Much to be desired Blanket worn holes in it, Linens threadbare. Bed old hard and lumpy. Musty stale smell in entire room. Way too far from I-95. Dante at the front desk on check in was very nice.
