Just to sleep for one night was fine, but the kitchen was dirty, the lobby elevator was dirty, the parking wasn't the best. Wouldn't stay again unless it was the absolute last option

Bed bugs!!!!!!! No one was there to check us in after ten p m. We left after two hours due to finding bed bugs and aroach in our bed. Manager just apologized and told us to get a refund from hotels.com.

They curtains were stained the sheets where stained the bed is sooo soo hard ! but it was clean other than that staff was very nice !

The hotel is very outdated. It had a lingering smell and our window wouldn't close completely. The carpet was filthy and at about 11:00 p.m. the front desk was closed completely.

Hotel had no ice, no access to coffee, limited supply of linens, zero kitchen items in the kitchen, overall rundown appearance and limited or no access to hotel staff. Would never stay there again.

Very terrible Had a room book the hotel wouldn’t accept the hotel card when it already had charged me on my end had to call hotel .com to try to get me check in after I drove 3 hours to get here it took hotel . Com 2 and a half hours later to get me a room at another hotel I’m very glad they did after but I miss my event that I had drove three hours for just to have to get up and drive three hours back was a waste of my trip lost my tickets to event and waste of gas very upset.

Not so great The room was on the side near the highway and we continued to hear cars all night. The room was “ok” however the hot water was not HOT at all. It was like warm but more on the colder side. The floor was dirty and not as clean as it should have been.
