I reserved a room with two double beds nearly three months in advance. When I arrived, they said they had hired away all those type rooms and can only offer two separate rooms. Therefore, we had to sleep separately. The rooms were poorly cleaned . They have a kitchen but they sell kitchenware with high price so the kitchen gets very expensive to use.

Hotel novo com tudo para dar certo .... se nao fosse o atendimento, limpeza nao há ( ocorre de 15 em 15 dias), nem reposiçao de papel higienico , sabonete ... esquece e vá comprar antes de entrar no hotel..frequentadores duvidosos... cheiro corredor muito forte sabe lá do que!

DO NOT BOOK! The hotel was awful and scary. DO NOT BOOK we have 2 children and left early because of the smell and scary people using the hotel. Hotels.com was great about helping us find a new hotel and complimented us due to the experience-the hotel would do NOTHING.

Dishonest/unprofessional/fraud I would think twice before staying at this hotel! My reservation was for 12/25/15, thru 1/3/16. when I arrived on 12/25/15, the hotel was closed! I had to scramble and find a hotel for the night. When I arrived the next day to check in and explained how I was to check in the day before, I was told by the clerk that " hotels.com was supposed to contact me a week before to informed me that the hotel would be closed! Very Small NO-Frills Hotels may be losing its way I will not stay at Value Place again, nor will I recommend it as the bedrooms are too small, the bed was too small for me and my wife. A long stay guest, I believe in room 128, on the first floor below us (during our stay from Dec. 26, '15 to Jan. 1 '16) constantly used the office chair to bang the ceiling with it when he hears the slightest movement by guest in room above him. The worst. So unorganized Check in at 3pm and room not ready. Went back at 5:10 pm and room not ready. Waited until 6:30 pm and room not ready. Had show tickets so had to leave. Then they want to send us to another hotel that was totally booked. Needless to say we drove home at 2am and never got the room. It was like the room that never was.

Very nice condo hotel essentially new. Bed sheets clearly dirty, floors not cleaned very surprisingly so, new towels in bathroom but toilet bowel clearly not cleaned. Disgusted.
