Terrible When we reached the Hotel around 11:00 PM , NOBODY was in check in, NOBODY!! The balcony was closed .We waiting around 0030 minutes and NOBODY there.

Le falta ... El hotel está bien, es nuevo pero aún están construyendo, mucho personal de trabajo. No limpiaron la habitación ninguno de los días de la estadía Permiten mascotas en el hotel, por lo que habían olores raros y también en la habitación. Además había mucho olor a humedad. Supongo que se había roto un Caño.

Party hotel- not good for sleeping There were several drunk girls hanging outside the front door directly under the window of my room screaming "Woohoo!", laughing very loudly, and singing very poorly until 4:00 AM. In addition, several times, people tried to get into our room shaking the door handle and yelling outside the door. The lights are on a motion sensor, so when you get up to go to the bathroom, your whole room is lit by floodlights. The best I can say is that it seemed reasonably clean.

Roach motel I have visited many places in the US and by far this was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Roaches were in the rooms and the rooms were visibly not clean. I informed the front manager Jackie about it and she came and sprayed the roaches and the next day it was the same problem. Three days the moved me to another room and the same problem. I will never stay there anymore I had the worst experience on my last trip at this hotel. Even though it was one night we stayed there. We got there the reception desk was empty we had to wait for 15 mns before was came. What about the noise we could not sleep and I had a long drive in the morning. Worse
