Left out in the cold After calling to confirm my late check in due to flight delays caused by snow, and being promised that I could "check in anytime," I arrived at 4:00am to find out that they would not let me in. I used the lobby phone to call the provided number which made a phone on the other side of a closed window ring. The man there told me that "nobody told (him) about a late check in" and then refused to let me in my room out refund my money. Not good Wooden floors allowed us to hear everything above. Cold impersonal setting. Very obvious staff wasn't happy to be there

This hotel is really just for long extended stays. They only clean the rooms every 2 weeks. If you want fresh linen in the meantime, you need to get it yourself. Not really a nice location.

Horrible place to stay! Never again! I arrived on Dec. 30 for a 6 week stay. Check in was ok. I was a little alarmed when the first thing out of the representatives mouth was "I don't clean rooms", "I don't change sheets", "I don't bring towels". For a hotel this was alarming. It was horrible. I will never stay there again. It was creepy and not comfy or safe feeling at all. . The beds were horrible. The room reminded me of a hospital room. I could NOT wait to check out the next morning. I usually stay at The Holiday Inn. But they were booked that night. I would have rather drive miles away to stay anywhere else but here!!

DO not stay here !! When we first went to check in, there was a sign saying they wouldn't be back until 3pm.Came back at 10 pm the room still wasn't ready !! Still waited until after 11pm to get into out room. Don't stay here !!

Aw Worst experience ever. Got there at 3e pm, Had to wait almost 3 hours for the room to be ready. There is no lobby, not even a chair to sit down, had to stand to wait for whole 3 hours ...
