Laminate floors throughout the room no carpet making everything very loud. No hairdryer or iron or conditioner. Very bare bones. OK for quick overnight stay if price is an issue but definitely wouldn't stay there more than a night. We came in at 1130 at night and left by 7 the next morning. 50$ cheaper than Holiday Inn Express but u get what you paid for....Nothing.

Dont recommend Front desk associate is never available. Room comes with no amenities. No Iron, hair dryer, cups, only 2 towels, dresser drawers were stacked on the floor when i entered the room

not a good experience at WoodSpring Some People at reception desk with serios lack of service skills to customer.

You get what you pay for here... Limited front desk help which is noted in the pre-booking area. Was told to take out our own garbage to the dumpster. The bath towels seemed previously used without being freshly washed due to long brunette hairs found after drying off with them. If you need a kitchenette, its a decent place. Settled on this one because it was the cheapest (still cost $120 a night) available in the area I needed to be. Won't be staying there again. One front desk attendant at check inn was very rude ... rooms keys didn't work 3 times. No coffee makers in the room no ironing boards tye noise level from the room above was awful. No blackout curtains. Cheap cheap finishing.

Not what was expected Ok. Don't want to be unkind as the problem with the hotel is really the fault of hotels.com. No housekeeping service, very limited hours when the front desk is manned. No services of any kind. Rooms very small so calling them suites is way off base. If not for one hotel employee named Sheila this review would be much worse. A truck stop type "hotel" Terrible bed and kitchenette with no even a glass to drink water (YOU HAVE TO BUY IT ALL) Feels like been in a barrack.

I checked in yesterday and I am stuck here for the next week! The room was very dusty I had to Clorox wipe everything including the floors and the ac vent! The floors were so dusty and dirty the bottom of ny feet were black. The tub is clogged am due I have seen 2 roaches! Thi she place is cheap and is easily accessible to everything. However it is dirty and I must say ghetto!
