I requested a non smoking room I was put in a smoking when I asked to be changed I was denied .the manager give me a refund
WORST HOTEL EVER!!! BUGS!!! This hotel was horrible!!! 1st room had a lot of bugs, on the floor, walls, bed. So went to the office. The response was "well this is Florida, we have bugs here" (I live in Florida, I don't have bugs in my house like that). 2nd room had bugs too. 3rd room very few bugs. But woke up the next morning with bug bites. Front service clerks were rude! DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!
Front desk people were rude. Room had bugs, lots of bugs. When I informed front desk, the response was "this is Florida, we have bugs" gave us a different room, still had bugs but not as bad as the first room. Rude employees. Would never stay there again!
Good location. Rude staff. Had to call the cops on a domestic violence fight in a room nextnto us our first night because the night guy on duty wouldn't call the police about it.

Un desastre! Super sucio y mala atencion Nuestro hospedaje fue una experiencia terrible, la primera noche como llegamos a las 11 pm nos quitaron nuestra habitacion y nos dieron una pequeña y mi esposo tuvo que dormir en el piso, la habitacion olia a comida. Al dia siguiente nos cambiaron a una mas grande pero tenia la poceta sucia de excrementos y orine, durante 4 dias seguidos pedi que nos la limpiaran y nunca lo hicieron. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE !! I WENT THERE WITH MY FAMILY AND BABY, I'VE PAID THE ROOM, BUT THEY GAVE THE ROOM TO OTHER PEOPLE AND THEY DON'T EVEN MEET ME, I CALLED THEM FROM THE LOBBY AND STILL THEY DON'T SHOW UP !!SHOW UP !! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !!

Boa infraestrutu, mas os serviços deixa a desejar. O hotel é bem localizado, tem uma boa infraestrutura, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar. Os funcionários não são bem treinados e tem dificuldades em lidar com estrangeiros. Na chegada a entrada do hotel estava marcada para as 15h, porém eu só consegui entrar no quarta as 11:00 da noite.

Worst stay! So far this is the worst hotel have ever been. No daily cleaning, no complimentary breakfast, customer service is horrible, no after hours lobby service...the only good thing about it, it was clean...Won't Be Returning!
