Booked this for one night at the last moment for first time and didn’t want to spend much but it’s the last time I would stay in a place like this. I wouldn’t recommend this place to family and even solo. WELL FIRST OF ALL THE ENTRANCE IS VERY DISAPPOINTING... THEN THE SERVICE FROM THE GIRL THAT WE GOT IN THE FRONT DESK TERRIBLE SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE TO PUT US.... AND THEN FINALLY THAT REALLY PISSED ME OFF IS WE WENT TO THE ROOM AND COCKROACHES WERE EVERYWHERE!! We waited over 30 minutes to be attended. Rooms were not that clean and one of them didn’t have toilet paper. Reserved double bed rooms and only got 1 room out of the four we reserved with double beds. It’s also a non-smoking facility but there is definitely a lot of smoking going on, the smell was just very strong

Please get rid of your roaches, put shower heads on showers where it is needed and clean the bath tub. I should not have to clean the hair from the tub prior before I used it
