Good location al the food or shopping are closer to the hotel, the staff never having eyes contact she have the gate close only I able to see her finger typing and the PC, nice hotel but they need to be cleaning more, the elevator look like never be cleaned, the room bathroom having hair everywhere, AC unit making soo much noise all the time he start also the AC dripping water inside the unit making noise, the bed you not able to turn around because all the time spring making noise, nice facility but need to be clean up and ... read more

Nunca me pude quedar. Le pedí que me reembolsen mi dinero por que encontré el lugar en pésimas condiciones y todavía al día de hoy no tengo el reembolso.
A 3 out of 10 and that’s being generous. The bed was not made and a bottom sheet was not supplied. We had to use the blanket as a top sheet. Towels were not supplied and I had to argue with the desk attendant to get them. The biggest issue by far was that no one, no one wore a mask. I don’t have a problem with the fact that it’s a basic room type hotel, but at least get the basics right. Staff was unavailable for check in and had to be called. The hotel offers monthly rentals and the people at sketchy. Hall ways have a strong odor. Room had stained sheets, tub with red nail polish all over and ac units are in the wall. I traveled frequently and this is my first bad review. Do yourself a favor and definitely book somewhere else.

Horrible It was disgusting, dirty, and full of drug users. Never again. I left and went down the street to another hotel because I was uncomfortable being there. Some tweaker was pounding on my door at 1:00 in the morning. It was horrible

Horrible experience Horrible check in office closed at 8 had to wait for assistance when it literally said it closed at 11 got to the room roaches all on room and door did not lock actual people living in the rooms with dogs and people fighting and crying kids speaker like mirajuana and smoke through the hallways no hot water shower leaking water spraying everywhere bugs crawling on walls do not rent here

Terrible place, so dirty, we couldn’t sleeping so noise, a lot of drunk people and everyone. Smells terrible!!!
