This is the worst hotel I ever visited. I could not stay due to the room was terrible, creepy and dirty. The staff very unfriendly and rude, specially the front desk. Since I could not stay at this hotel, they promised will process a full refund for me, which they never did. I called the front desk to follow up on my refund and they hang up on me. I was waiting to move into my new home in Lee County and needed a place to stay for 3 nights. I booked thought expedia! Front desk staff were extremely rude. I wasn't even allowed to stay at this hotel because the so called manager said we were making fun of the staff after asking to split the total due at check in, on 2 different debit cards. False advertisement Wow Don’t Stay Here!!!! I left shortly after arriving. First the lady checking me in was rude. I should have known, a lot of rules. Not safe, It Smells, it’s filthy, people sitting in hallway, security door propped open with rock, people standing all around properly smoking and drinking…This place is for people that have hit hard times. It is not a hotel!!!!
