Welcome experience couldn't have been worse! Felt as close to enterining prison as you can get. Roll down door over reception counter was closed, until it magically opened after we stood there wondering what to do for a few minuites. Once you got inside, things didn't get much better. First room smelled awful. There's no frills, but this took it to the next level. Will NEVER stay at this hotel or anything named WoodSprings again.

Super-drab, prison cell-like decor Drab, grey un-decorated rooms. They only clean rooms once every two weeks. Really. Filthy. Self-exchange even for clean to Wells. Stay anywhere else!

Horrible experience Dirty rooms, cigarette burns in the sheets and comforter, connecting door to adjacent room that you cannot lock, no fresh food for breakfast

Not for me I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have coffee either in room or at least in a lobby, NO COFFEE, to have to go to a gas station very inconvenient, also no maid service in between days, worst place I've ever stayed, also the room smelled like funk....not for me....overpriced for just a place to sleep...

Not ideal We were the only females in the entire hotel. The hotel was reasonably clean but smelled funny. Also, there were little to no amenities (not even a hair dryer or shampoo).

We only stayed 1 night, we arrived at 9:50pm and there was no one at the front desk. Called from the lobby phone and they came. The gentleman did not tell us that no one would be at the front desk from 10pm till 9am the next morning. We had no way of checking out, we had a 6am flight, so we left the hotel at 3:30am. So I had to leave a note and the room key in the room. Not a pleasant experience at all!! Will never be back there!

I was not very happy with our stay. The hotel was extremely noisey most of the night. Probably in part because of the wood and tile floors??? Why does a hotel have wood floors in the bedrooms and tile floors in the hall???? Noise carry's on non-carpeted surfaces, hello??!! We had a kitchenette but yet there was no coffee machine or coffee or tea?? No utensils or Kleenex either? I will not return or refer anyone to this hotel.
