New and clean, but road noise is loud The room was OK, but much smaller than we expected. Obviously the hotel is relatively new. But the road noise from US131 came in way too much. There needs to be a better control for sound on the outside walls and better windows to keep sound out.

No hair dryer magnet on the frig says ask about a coffee pot $30 you have to buy it. Also people sleeping in the lobby ..just weird. I was looking for coffee. Hotels.com booked me a room that had a couch. People said they lied.

The property looks new but service was awful. Room smells cigarette smoke, no toiletries, blow dryer, kitchenette provided but utensils and pans were not. Phone inside in the room not working. Bad customer service.

Keep on looking I knew this hotel had basic amenities, but didn't realize quite HOW basic. No iron, no blow dryer, no coffee pot. The towels were horrid - thin, rough, and left lint everywhere. There were only 2 of them and 2 wash rags in the room, for a room with 2 double beds. If you want more you have to go stand in line with your towels in a basket to exchange them. very basic very basic hotel. took about 15 minutes for employee to get to the lobby to check me in. no shampoo, only soap. and surprisingly no iron and ironing board which should be included in all hotels, but wasn't in this one. clean room though.

Room for the nt. to see our son graduate college Looked for an clean inexpensive room for the nt near grand rapids to see our son graduate near by. Arrived at the room late 12:30 so we had to wait almost a half hour for the desk clerk to get us checked in. No sense of comfort or luxury, extremely basic, room is set up for extended stay but low score on comfort. Built just off the freeway between the traffic noise and loud guests it was far from restful

A non-service extended stay Room was clean, lack of cleaning daily not good. Walls so thin we thought arguing guests in next room would shoot each other and us. Tried for 10 minutes to set up a 5:30 am wake-up call that never came Sunday. Phone system is non-functional to call desk. Lack of hand towels a strange cost-cutting. Very spartan mileu, but not helpful. When we booked it was because you had rooms with 2 queen beds--essential for us. worst place ever I hated my stay here. I was in town for a week with my kids, so I looked for a place I could cook at. the room description said sperate sitting area. lol when getting to my room I found a full size refrigerator and frezzer, cooktop​, microwave and sink. NO SEPARATE sitting area, NO COFFEE POT, NO COOKWARE NOTHING!!! Why would u have a cook top and full size refrigerator and frezzer and no pots or pans!!! ....Needs work... There was no carpet in any area of the rooms or hotel. So make sure you bring something for comfort for winter. It's a non-smoking hotel yet the whole hallway smelled like cigarette smoke all night, which came into the room.
