Loud no noise suppression Was on first floor and walls very thin doors banging and room above you hear every step they make. Was raining and water was hitting metal trim outside on top of brick and sounded like popcorn popping all night long very poor design Place was cheep built Full kitchen full size microwave and refrigerator no coffee maker

Not a hotel. This is an extended stay Waited 50 minutes in a locked breezeway to be checked in. Ran by a skeleton crew. Cleaning and room services are every other week.

There was dirt under the bed sheets! Not a pleasant stay as the greeting at desk was terce and room was not clean

Basic needs If you have a problem, don't expect the staff to help because they are never there. The people next to us were so loud but we couldn't tell anyone even tho they said dial 500. No one would ever answer. It was a little overpriced for the bare minimums in the room.

Shady and scummy Room was relatively clean when I arrived, however, there is no room cleaning scheduled for 2 weeks. Front desk help was non-existent. Hallways and rooms stink of stale smoke. Woke up one morning walked out my door to find 2 people passed out in front of another rooms door. Not a family place.

UGH!!!! I can only give them credit for their cleanliness. That's ALL. No customer service. I felt as though I was away at a camp....spartan furnishings. One towel each, one wash cloth each....that's it. Bed was so hard, we both had a backache the next morning, after tossing and turning all night. Sheet were thin and rough. Worst stay in my lifetime. Will NEVER go back, or recommend them to anyone....this might be better than sleeping in the woods on an evergreen branch....on second thought, nah!

It would be better if u had coffee pots and blow dryers in the rooms.

Terrible hotel No ammenities for " suite". No coffee maker, hair dryer. No cleaning staff. Offers one (1) towel per guest, with no hand towels. Hotel definitely no worth the price. Will not waste money on another stay. No staff to turn in key at check out.

Don't stay there. Checked in. Left and found a different hotel. Front desk tells me that they do background checks on their guests. What type of place is this? Did not feel safe after their revelation.
