Might as well sleep in your car! This hotel looked very simple and pretty up-to-date when we appraoched it. Check-in was quick. The room was disgusting. There were holes in the walls as well as bathroom door. The kitchen was filthy as were the sheets and pillow casese on both beds. TV worked to some degree, nut you forget a remote controll. The only thing that worked well was the wi-fi. Would not stay here again, nor would I recomend it to anyone else. We stayed across the street at the Microtel the next night - recomend it ... read more

NO cleaniness standards First and foremost. When I make a reservation for a particular room, I expect to get that room or be told that I will not be getting that room. I reserved a signature studio on hotels.com and got a regular room. When i guest the extremely nice front desk associate she told me that they di not have any queen rooms available. Any how. I went back to my room and noticed the coffee wrapper in the garbage, i then check the coffee pot to find a used coffee filter in it. Then i noticed pillow cases folded on... read more

Needs Improvement The hotel roomo had a stale/old odor. The bathroom was dirty with hair and insects in the tub. The water did not get hot. The carpet was dirty. The heater/air conditioning unit did not work. The walls were very thin, as I could hear what was going on in the rooms above and beside mine.

The good, the bad & the really ugly 1st room that was assigned the key didn't work; took dogs & put us on 3rd floor; room was dirty & mattress was torn with blood splatter on box spring; no clock radio; no hairdryer & the cable was broken on the back of the TV. The office advised maintenance wouldn't be there until Tuesday & was offered a different room. The key didn't work for it either. We were so frustrated at that point we asked to cancel our reservation that the remainder of our trip.

Buyer Beware If you do not mind dingy rooms then this is the place for you. The photo of the room that is posted on this site is not from this particular hotel (Big Tree Way). I checked in, the front desk personell are friendly though. My first room was dirty looking and was supposedly non-smoking. It smelled like a smokey bar. So, they gave me another room. I open the door and the room had not even been cleaned yet. Unmade bed, phone on the bed. I thought I had walked in on someone. Finally my third room was manageable. The... read more

Not happy! The hotel did not have any toilet paper when we checked in...not the room, but the hotel. The dishes were dirty and there was no dishwashing liquid in the hotel...not the room, but the hotel. Even the housekeepers didn't have any. The bed was not comfortable at all. My husband had to get up earlier than he would have liked to because his back was hurting. There were no sheets or blankets for the pull-out sofa so as we carry our sleeping 5 year old and 1 year old in the room we could not put them to bed because we ... read more

Load & Smoky Our room was selected by Extended Stay (I know Hotels.com cannot guantee non-smoking, but hte hotel did) as a non-smoking room. However the room clearly had been smoked in recently and regularly. Much more importantly, the neighboring room had its TV on quite loud from 11 PM on. We called the front desk to have them turn it down. I believe the front desk (Kacee, male) also visited our neighbor's room. The TV stayed on loud & @ 4 AM, we received a phone call, waking us with a request to turn our TV down, whcih ha... read more

Not a great nights sleep First of all, I asked for a non-smoking room and though the room was called "non-smoking" it smelled faintly of cigarettes. The walls were very thin and I could hear every word of the tv in the next room. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the sheets had holes burned through them. On top of that the air conditioning unit is extrememly loud and woke me every time it came on. Needless to say, I didn't sleep very well at this hotel.
