Loud and uncomfortable First: the woman at the front desk with the short hair was incredibly unpleasant. Jonathan was wonderful. Second: there are people standing outside every where! As a solo business woman I felt incredibly uncomfortable. Third: there was an entire family with kids nearby and while I was trying to sit quietly in my room and take a bubble bath all in heard was screaming... The mom and the kids
Somewhat clean appearance. Staircase smelled. Towels and bath clothes needed to be thrown away with some of the sheets. Must request dishes, toilet paper and for room to be cleaned. Not family friendly but seemed to work for construction workers.

no wi fi Room was OK and price was reasonable. Was unable to access WiFi. Given wrong password.

broken drawers and flies The room was small and dark. It had broken drawers and flies in it. It was not ready at check in and opened directly to the outside. There were several people hanging out and smoking outside and I did not feel comfortable there. I would not stay at that location again as a single woman.
No Air Conditioning I got there and checked into a room that was hotter than it was outside. I received another room that had the same exact problem. By the time I received my third room my hair had to be put into a ponytail with a hat due all the sweating I did previously in the other two rooms. They need to make sure all air units work during the hot 90 degree summer weather.
double billed and crumbs on the phone I got charged my room bill for the card they took for "incidentals". The phone had crumbs and dirt all over it.

Disappointed! I was surprised that for over $100 a night, we had to lug our suitcases up the outside stairs THREE floors. "Breakfast included" was coffee, some whole fruit and energy bars. At least it was clean, but VERY disappointing for that price range!
Will not stay here again; don't you do it either From check-in to check-out, this was a miserable hotel. From dark hallways, one bar of soap and no shampoo, to no extra blanket and a sheet and bedspread only (it snowed the next day,) this hotel was a complete let down. Do not waste your time and especially your money on this dive.
