Fair but noisy Went here to get away from noise at my own house--experienced more noise here. Proximity to I-40 and Celebration Station (Go Karts) make for constant ambient noise. I experienced a lot of slamming doors as well. I was disappointed that there were no elevators for loading and unloading. Was clean and had a nice big television. Bed was not very comfortable.

never again I asked for a different room because the first had a very strong smell to it. Turns out the second one wasn't different. A big bug crawled over my bed sheet. No housekeeping came by in the two days. The room neighbor was snoring and I heard it like he would lay in my room. Staff at reception did not think this is worth a "sorry". Probably because they deal with this every day. This is not the place for a business traveler. Holiday Garden Inn next to it seems like a five star hotel compared to this one.

noise The room and hotel were clean. Being on the second floor, the noise on the floor above was to loud and annoying, sleep was very hard to get. The jumping around lasted past midnight and then started again around 6am. I informed the front desk at 12 midnight, but no follow up call or decrease in "jumping" was noticed. The walls are paper thin so noise from the outside staircase and walkways is very distracting. Not a hotel to relax and catch up on sleep!

Worst place I have stayed The towels were clean and white. That is all that was clean. The bed linens were stained, smelly, and yellowed. The pillows stank - I went out to Target and bought Clorox clean-ups, fabreze air freshener, a pillow and a blanket to wrap in. I actually considered sleeping in my car instead of that smelly room filthy room. End the end I left them my pillow and checked out earlier than I needed.

Nasty I reserved a non-smoking room and didn't get one although 2 of the 3 floors were non-smoking and the hotel was not full. The rooms hove no sound proofing and with Hwy 40 on one side and Celebration Station on the other you are constantly awakened by the noise. Celebration Station has a go cart track that runs until 10 or 11pm and they are so load they drowned out the highway noise. Lastly the rooms were NOT clean and the outside of the hotel looks like someone took soot and smeared it all over the sidewalks and stucco ... read more

Employee comments We had rented these rooms for employees. Our regular group seemded satisfied - have stayed there numerous times. Our subcontracts, however, said there were bed bugs! YIKES! Not a good comment.

not happy I was very disappointed with the overall room. I actually had to go to the store and buy pillows because they were flat and uncomfortable. There was no dish detergent in the room which was another thumbs down, and the hotel is behind a fun center with a go cart track were the noise was loud. i would not recommend this hotel
