Needs improvement The room had ants and roaches was able to change to another room where the sink had a leak. No dish washing liquid supplied in none of the rooms. Licence plate was stolen then left on the floor of the next to the car. Hotels.com gave the wrong description of the room had to call them 3 times to resolve the issue and they always put you on hold and the call disconnects.

I feelt the online pictures are very deceptive. They were not @ all what they room was. The room was very small & maid service was not available during my stay which stated included this amenity online. Would not recommend.

Never again I thought that I had stayed in a few dumps in my life but this one takes the cake. I have a lot that I could say but my grandma always told me that if i didn't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all.

Fair but noisy Went here to get away from noise at my own house--experienced more noise here. Proximity to I-40 and Celebration Station (Go Karts) make for constant ambient noise. I experienced a lot of slamming doors as well. I was disappointed that there were no elevators for loading and unloading. Was clean and had a nice big television. Bed was not very comfortable.

never again I asked for a different room because the first had a very strong smell to it. Turns out the second one wasn't different. A big bug crawled over my bed sheet. No housekeeping came by in the two days. The room neighbor was snoring and I heard it like he would lay in my room. Staff at reception did not think this is worth a "sorry". Probably because they deal with this every day. This is not the place for a business traveler. Holiday Garden Inn next to it seems like a five star hotel compared to this one.

noise The room and hotel were clean. Being on the second floor, the noise on the floor above was to loud and annoying, sleep was very hard to get. The jumping around lasted past midnight and then started again around 6am. I informed the front desk at 12 midnight, but no follow up call or decrease in "jumping" was noticed. The walls are paper thin so noise from the outside staircase and walkways is very distracting. Not a hotel to relax and catch up on sleep!
