Requested no stairs, was not an option. Room was adequate although it had a kitchen there were no utensils, dishes,just bare cupboards and drawers. Breakfast was granola bars and coffee. Was ok for a single night wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer

We paid for late check out which is at 1:00 they came knocking on our door at 10:30. We told them we paid for late check out. They came to our door again at 12:30. There isn’t a point in paying for late check out if people are still going to interrupt you. They need more organized staff.
