Room terrible and smell overall just terrible place to stay

Beds were smaller than standard Queen size. There was significant hair clumps on the bathroom sink.

We paid for late check out which is at 1:00 they came knocking on our door at 10:30. We told them we paid for late check out. They came to our door again at 12:30. There isn’t a point in paying for late check out if people are still going to interrupt you. They need more organized staff.
