Very impressed with everything all my needs , I recommend to anyone out there . Convenient to get to stores, shopping and entertainment also for you and your family and friends also everything so close you can walk to or get a ride from a Uber or taxi places.

Positives: all rooms have interior access only, spacious efficiency-type rooms, friendly staff who go above to help, super comfy bed & pillows, high shower head, plenty of nice towels, close to downtown, but far enough away the noise level was super low. Negatives: long check-in even after normal time, no elevators, older building comes with regular hangups (smell, worn). I'd stay here again - it was an overall great value.

When I arrived I was greeted right away . Smiles on face , great attuideds also . Property was very clean very friendly. I would recommend Extended Stay America to everyone. Thank you team at Extended Stay America, I will be back for sure no ? Asked 😀💯

I didnt like tge dact 3pm is checking and we had to wait until 11pm that night to get sheets and blankets to go to bed. For the hotel ti be non smoking the entire hotel smwlled like heavy 2nd hand smoke, i wouldnt never stay or recommend for anyone to stay there. The worst experience ever because of this experience i would notstay at another extwnded stay out of fear.

Check in was to be at 3pm. Arrived at 3pm and multiple people were in the lobby waiting on their rooms. We were told none if the romms were ready. They suggested we go get a drink somewhere and would call when the room was ready. Finally after 4:30pm we arrived back at the hotel and the room was ready, but we never received a call. The second floor of the hotel had an awful odor to it as well. The staff seemed like they were in disarray and ask over the place. I'll think twice before booking another room here.
