The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. There wasn't a ground floor room for me ... only a room on the 3rd floor. A very kind and helpful staff member carried my 50 pound bag up a couple of flights of stairs. I'm so grateful for that! My room was very clean and the staff brought me clean and serviceable dishes and cookware. I always felt safe in my room and the 3 nights I stayed there were peaceful and quiet. Overall, this is an excellent ESA in Greenville,SC!

Clean and affordable Typical Extended Stay. NO ELEVATOR, but we're able-bodied. Clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Having the kitchenette has saved us hundreds over the years. Very basic "free breakfast": coffee, granola bars, and muffins. Met our expectations.
