We rented the room during the eclipse and they were not prepared (but I can say that of the whole city) for the numbers. The breakfast was grab n go, so we just ate in the room. We did have to use an air mattress as opposed to the pull out couch since the mattress on it was filthy. However, the hotel staff was very nice and did the best they could.
Good staff rooms are well maintained, a no frills hotel.

Good value Perfectly adequate, clean and comfortable. Good value for the price.
OK for cheap, one- night stay. It was as expected or better, for the price. Room was large. Shower pressure was weak. "Grab N Go" breakfast was lame, but was also as expected. For a cheap, one-night stay, it was okay. Might get depressing for more nights than that, though.
A little rough around the edges, but otherwise nice.
I was woke at 12:40am with a vehicle that had very loud music playing in a vehicle unattended.
