Horrible experience The room was filthy. It appeared as if the carpet wasn’t cleaned for months. The middle walk areas might have been vacuumed, but every where else was filthy. Our entry cards didn’t work half the time that we stayed. The front entrance door didn’t work most of the week that we were at this facility. We have stayed at ExtendedStay America all over the country & none have ever been even close to as run down & filthy as this facility!

Slow start We requested a recliner for my husband but it didn’t work plus the shower head sprayed water all over the entire bathroom. Both were fixed the second night but a horrible start

Piece of ceiling was missing in the hallway & we had no house keeping. Lights in room are very dim. Pool is filled with cement.

The water pressure in my shower was pretty much nonexistent so I had to rinse my hair multiple times. Overall, friendly staff and clean rooms. Wish it offered breakfast too

Didnt like dogs barking all night in the hallway. Doors to outside proped open with rocks.
