I did find a condom, nasty towels, and a needle in the room. They staff apologized, no extra nights were offered or the manager didn’t even come to apologize. It was upsetting, they put us in another room that had a bunch of takeout food in the fridge still that stunk and candy wrappers all where the pull-out sofa was. We didn’t complain about this. The room had a terrible cigarette smoke smell and Bathroom door was coming off the hinge. There was no coffee in lobby or in room. Coffee was available in the morning though!

There was a dead bug on the counter...And it took about an hour for me to get a functioning remote. The TV was defective, power cycled often

No way to get to my room with my luggage without going up and down stairs, bottom floor was like a creepy old dormitory rather than a hotel, a smell of stale smoke throughout. Also no maid service for three days.
