Ash tray The staff was friendly and helpful, that is the only positive comment I have. Upon checking in I was required to sign a form stating that I wouldn't smoke "any substance" in my room. As soon a soon as I opened the door to my room I was overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette smoke. There were also two pills of some sort on the floor. I will never stay at an extend stay again

Friendly services nice room however walking up 3 flights with luggage was not cool and no hairdryer in the room was surprising all hotels I'v been in have always had hairdryers.

On check in, the room still had trash laying on tables and rumpled, unmade bed sheets. I was moved into a different room, then asked to move back to this same original room that same night. They provided a free night for another stay, but it was not the best experience at a hotel for a traveling guest, especially one who had to interrupt their work hours to move items multiple times from room to room to room. Keep in mind that there is no elevator here when making plans.

smelled bad the room was clean, but there was a smell from the hallway and in the room. Staff was great. the building just smells.

My experience The front desk associates were very nice, however, this hotel has roaches! My fiance and I killed 2 in bathroom and 4-5 in the kitchen area! Other than that, the room was clean and smelled clean.

Greenville weekend Nice location and near downtown, easy access to interstate, dining and downtown.
Bare minimum accommodations. I was disappointed with the accommodations, there was no elevator to get your luggage in & out. Though is should be non-smoking the smell of smoke was embedded in the carpet & other fibers of the room. Other than that the room seem fairly clean. Also the smoke detector kept chirping and they changed the battery but it still kept doing it. I was considering staying here when I move to the area because my house won't be ready for about a month, however I've decided not to stay here.
