Saved! We were called 2hrs before check-in - the room was double booked. Yeah, took another 2 hours for hotels.com to find us a replacement room. At least they covered us!

disgusting I had yhe most disgusting experience of my life. The customer SVC was awful. They had attitudes for no reason when you asked them a question and accused me of being an escort with no proof. And I was not refunded.

This hotel is not ADA-compliant. There is no elevator; it's has 3 floors & must use stairs inside wherever you go. If your room is in the 100-series, must use stairs to get to continental breakfast area, then.. if you want to go to the desk, you have to go down a flight of stairs from the breakfast area. The staff told us the hotel will be renovated (but not until next year). So, be aware if an ADA-compliant hotel is needed for your stay. Trip to Greenville The evening staff was not accomodating- The hallway smells of cigarette smoke
Yuck Filthy carpets. Heavy smoke odor in all common areas. Gross.
Get what you pay for.. When I first arrived the room was clean and adequate. I received a few bug bites the first night, at first thinking it was a misquito. After being but again, on the 2nd night I turned on the lights to find bed bugs crawling across my pillow. I went down stairs to ask for a new room. They did put me up in a new hotel for that night only. I paid for the week in advanced. After putting me up for the first night they said Expedia would have to refund my money and find me a new room. The rugs were very stained..we found a empty pill bottle and dirty cup in our room. The pullout bed was very worn. I lysoled the whole room and bought an air mattress. Fortunetly the people who worked there were pleasant.

So far so good I thought there was a gym since it was in the pictures.there was no gym. It was good hotel, clean, quite, very close to the shopping area. Safe neighborhood. I like the idea that they free breakfast. It wasn't fancy but cool. My experience was very good
