Poor representative of the chain Room was located on the ground/lower level. Signs posted clearly state the non smoking policy of the hotel but the room distinctly smelled of cigarette smoke as if it had been converted to non smoking but not cleaned properly. The lighting in the room was very dim leaving two options, either leave the curtains open with no privacy or close them and use every light in the room for decent brightness. Good rooms, lacking on the details The room was clean and freshly painted. Overall, the facility was adequate and comfortable. It’s the details where it fell short: bathroom sink didn’t drain (but was fixed the next day), no hangers in closet (but they scrounged up three upon request) and the “continental breakfast” was very sad. Britts Birthday Weekend Overall EVERTHING good except the being woke up by the 3am Party going on below us. Once the front desk was informed of the issue it was taken care of quickly.

Good if you’re deaf and don’t watch TV AC unit was very loud and startled me every now and then. TV cable reception was absolutely awful. I think an antenna would have provided better reception.

Everything was nice, room, hotel, staff. Clean. Newly remodeled. Lots of restaurant and shopping, but hotel was in a nice quite corner of the city.
