Unknown deposit There was a $100 deposit that wad unknown and when asked for paperwork there was none. There was also no sign hanging about a deposit. Front desk lady was nice but had to write me a note saying I would be get my money back after I check out because they did not have anything that says I would. When asked about paperwork I was told they dnt have any. Hallway smelled horrible and smelled like mold and cigarette. Room was not bad but no tissue was in room. Had to ask for some at front desk. Since I entered the "lobby" it smelled like cigarettes. My room smelled the same, the bathtub was filthy, with mold. No elevator and the staircase smelled like urine!

Stay sucked Terrible from when I walked in to check in. Front desk girl, Melissa, had an attitude towards me right away.

Check in was a disaster! I’ve never been charged a deposit nor charged up front for a stay. That should have been the first sign to not stay at this place! It smelled of weed and the room had roaches. There was no way me and my family were staying there but of course it’s going to take 3-5 days to get my money back

Door was falling off the wall, tub was stained and not cleaned, second room has bugs. Left right after that. Was supposed to get my refund haven’t seen anything yet.
