Poorly maintained Strong Cigarette smell in the lobby, no elevator, air conditioning was too noisy and wasn’t working to cool the room temperature to below 76

Bad stay Every time I laid down felt like bugs crawling on me had to walk down three flight of stairs to get linens never got house keeping and marijuana smoke all through the halls and bags of trash in the hall and stair wells

Everything about this establishment is disgusting. I'm surprised i didnt run across a few bed bugs as nasty and stain filled as the bed and pillows were. Jennifer, the receptionist had a very nasty attitude and hung up the phone on me when I called before check-in to ask a simple question. My question went unanswered and her tone was rude and condescending. Understand the price is cheap but mercy at least clean and wipe down the room after each use
