There were roaches in the room! Will not be staying here again!

dirty, worn out room Hallways smelled of smoke, carpet in room was filthy, mold on bathtub.

Safe. Safe, convenient location. Well lit parking area. All rooms accessed from hallway with room card needed to access building. Room had recliner so I felt I was at home!

My trip This place was good. Location very close to downtown. Only stayed 2 nights but had no issues.
Good value Good for the price. They were very accommodating. Breakfast could have been better- fruit/yogurt for healthy options. Only one wash cloth for 4 people, but I did not bother to ask for more. Sleeper sofa was decently comfortable.

Not good When we got there police was there because you smelled weed in the hallways.

smoking hotel, the lobby stinks and the non-smoking rooms stink as well. Stayed here due to being stranded at airport and there wasn't any other availability

changed hotel I was scheduled to stay at another extended stay hotel in Greenville sc upon my arrival to that hotel I was informed that they was booked so I had to re load my vehicle and travel to another hotel further away from where I wanted to stay even when I had a reservation to stay there I was very dishartenned at having to move hotels it was a pleasant stay

Convenient but not as expected I had requested and reserved a non smoking room and was placed in a room/wing for smokers. There were four ashtrays and the smell of smoke was definitely in the room despite the fact that it had been doused with air freshners to try to hide it. If it was a non smoking room as noted by the plaque on the door then it was a very recent occurence.
