Very thin pillows, mysterious goop in the headboard, unidentified hair in and on the bed, and an extremely thick air of cigarette smoke. I had to leave early due to difficulty breathing.
I like the location,room was nice but the customer service guy was terrible@the ad lied about the indoor pool there was no pool@it was 2 big dogs in the room next to us, barking all night
It’s affordable... is the only thing I liked about this hotel. The hotel smelled like marijuana the entire stay. The night staff was not friendly and even rude to my kids. Most of the time the front staff were not available and spent their time chain smoking outside. Do not stay here if you have kids. The environment and hotel gives you a weary vibe. I had a very short stay or I would have booked another hotel!
Nothing , it smelled like smoke and wet dog or cat urine . When I complained the response was “ we are pet friendly “ !
