I was woke at 12:40am with a vehicle that had very loud music playing in a vehicle unattended.

Not a happy camper. I called to make a reservation via Hotels.com. I asked the gentleman if there was a pool at this location he told me yes. This was not my first choice in hotels. I did not realize that there would be no ice, no ice bucket or any other glasses or coffee of any kind. I very upset when I found out after check in that there was no pool. I would not have paid to stay had I been properly advised about the swimming pool and other "Frills".

Kitchenette I always stay in hotels with kitchenettes. I have never heard of a hotel with a kitchenette that didn't provide dishes up front, and no bakeware even when they brought them. Why have an oven if you don't provide bakeware? Twice I had to ask for more washcloths. Twice the clerk had to wash them first. Seriously? There was a sign to tell guests where NOT to put the trash, but no sign for where to put it. What kind of hotel doesn't pick up the trash daily?

Never ever stay in this place dont waste ur money It was horrible it smelled like a cigarette in the room it was half clean this is where i chose to stay for my free night after i paid for 10 nights and to top it off they charged my debit card $250 for some god awful reason i still have yet to get an answer as to why i was charged that for when it was a free night
