Has what you need but you get what you pay for. It was a decent experience. You get what you pay for. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to make a meal. The breakfast to-go bar left much to be desired. It was single wrapped muffins, apples and oranges, some granola bars, coffee, and some oatmeal packets. Nothing to constitute a real meal so be prepared for that. Stayed a weekend The hallway smelled like smoke. Walls were missing wallpaper in places. Looked run down. The rooms inside were fine though.

Not upto it's reputation Pros: Bath rooms was clean. Cable channel line up was decent. Room size was good for a family. ConsThere were many things that were not right. They gave me a smoking room and insisted it's non-smoking room looking at their computer screen. The breakfast was over by 7:30 am. There was no coffee and the receptionist bluntly said it would take her 15 mins to get coffee prepared !!! The corridors were stinking. There was no elevator. So had to carry luggage to 3rd floor. Overall good but few things missing It was very good and the room was well furnished and clean with a good price. However, we needed to go to the desk for shampoo (other guest didn't have it either). Also, the eyes of the stove were taken out and left on the counter making it impossible to use.
Double charged I go to my hotel straight from the plane. Not all planes allow me to check in after 3pm, hotel wont hold a room until 8am in the morning. My room was ready at 8am but staff was rude & wouldn't let me check in with out me threatening to cancel my whole reservation. I don't care if I am charged extra, I am not going to sleep in my car 7hours waiting for my room. When I tried to add an extra day, (room was prepaid 5 days) they charged my card for those 5 days, I got the money refunded but I was out $321 for 5 day... read more

We ended up in a smoking room after booking a non-smoking on line. Our problem was that we booked through Hotels.com and because it was the biggest game for Clemson there were no other rooms in upper SC..Since it was booked through Hotels.com the Extended Stay could not refund. They tried very hard to leave us a really clean room , but the smoke permeates the carpet and upholstery.
