Dirty This hotel is a joke the rooms are dirty, roaches, mildew all over in the bathroom.

Just a nice looking hotel When I first walked in my slipper was sticking to the floor. Second a dime and a piece of paper was on the floor. Tub is almost uncleanable. Tables & night stand was not clean well or w/ same rag. The person upstairs was not respectful of down. They should ask guest to have consideration. It has a smell of animals that will make up vomit. The front dest was never in front. Had to wait 10min for service. I kept going in &out then she helped me & the biggest downer of all I HAD TO KILL ROACHES ALL NIG... read more

I checked into the hotel and the outside looks really nice however once inside then hotels is smelled horrible. But got my room key and proceeded in there were roaches everywhere the bed the room was extremely small and dirty had not been cleaned at all the sinks had junk built up in them where they hadn’t been cleaned. Do Not Stay Here!!!!!!

ROACH INFESTED GALLERIA!!!! Omg!!!! Roach infested. Woke up during the night with something crawling on me needless to say when I turned the lights on it ROACH GALLERIA!!!! Never will be back!!!

I was Very unsatisfied! Staff rude and don't take time to hear the customer. Also got ate up with bed bugs. I was very disappointed with that hotel!

Unpleasant experience There were lots of unusual activity around the facility. My family and I was very uncomfortable there. There needs to be a police officer on duty there at all times. The heater was not working in my room. We were freezing!!! There were no available towels so we had to purchase some from walmart. The fire alarm went off at least 3 times during our weekend stay.
