My last post was made under a FALSE assumption. The two ladies at the front who i spoke so kindly about ended up being more fake than a 3 dollar bill! 2 faced and all! DONT FALL FOR THE FAKE SMILES AND FAKE CONCERN!

DO NOT STAY HERE! DON’T DO IT!!! By far the dirtiest place I’ve ever been to. Did not feel safe staying. I left immediately!!
UNACCEPTABLE Booked online and paid only to show up and they have the lobby closed early and no one to come check in despite having after hour call lines. No one was available. Completely unacceptable and will never boom with extended stay in life.

The manager in the office is bery unprofessional and very messy she called the police for no reason and then apologies after the fact refund our money then tried to reverse it and couldn't messed everything up and she been trying to charge my card everyday so i think she got my card info because i booked on Expedia so now i have to get a new card she copied my credit card information
