Great place to stay if you want a kitchen I always stay at this hotel when I am in that part of Houston since I like having the kitchen available. Shopping and restaurants are very close.

extended stay willibroock must go out of your way to get in and out of property...needs a second in and out...staff a little "stiff"told us door locked at 11 pm.... but locked at 10pm...front desk empty...must stay in back...loved the kitchen...over all a good stay

willowbrook tomball hotel was in very good condition. the room was a nice size, clean and all appliances worked and were also clean.

Great customer service ESA Willowbrook when we got to our room, our room key would not work. Brandi at the front desk, didn't just give us another key she came upstairs to let us in our room so that we didn't have to haul our luggage back and forth, then went back and got us a new key and came back to the room to give it to us. No other hotel desk clerk would have done that! I feel she went beyond her duties just to provide great service. She should be highly commended. Holes in blanket-nobody at front desk for check out. The blanket had holes in it-and was old, the comforter was scratchy. No shampoo-conditioner in the bathroom. The mattress was hard. Not very comfortable at all. when I tried to check out, nobody was at the front and I knocked on the desk since there was no bell, I called out, and i looked around. the desk seemed abandoned.
