Extended Stay Willowbrook Comfortable, clean, and friendly.
willowbrook tomball hotel was in very good condition. the room was a nice size, clean and all appliances worked and were also clean.
Great customer service ESA Willowbrook when we got to our room, our room key would not work. Brandi at the front desk, didn't just give us another key she came upstairs to let us in our room so that we didn't have to haul our luggage back and forth, then went back and got us a new key and came back to the room to give it to us. No other hotel desk clerk would have done that! I feel she went beyond her duties just to provide great service. She should be highly commended. The room smelled like they swept it with pee in some areas. The 500 number number you are suppossed to call is never answered. The fact it doesn't have front desk all time is terrible. Staying away from it as much as I can.

Holes in blanket-nobody at front desk for check out. The blanket had holes in it-and was old, the comforter was scratchy. No shampoo-conditioner in the bathroom. The mattress was hard. Not very comfortable at all. when I tried to check out, nobody was at the front and I knocked on the desk since there was no bell, I called out, and i looked around. the desk seemed abandoned.
