My room was filled with roaches, the window was cracked and the heat was off. We couldn’t get a key made which wasn’t a big deal, but the fact the attendant came in our room and saw the roaches but just walked out is sick. Guests smoking weed all throughout the hallways.

I purchased my room and showed up a few hours later and there was NO ONE at the desk to check me in. Instructions said to dial 500 from the lobby phone, which I did, and was told that I was a "no show" for arriving so late, which was just a few hours after I bought the room. They would do nothing for me and I had to raise a great deal of noise with Hotels.com to ensure I got a refund. The hotel is infested with cockroaches. The elevator is expired for its inspection date. The staff are unwilling to address any problems or help. When you ask them about the roaches, they yell at you and threaten to call the police! They told me I’m never welcome back because I complained.

The floor was so sticky my shoes made noise with every step. There was black mold in two places in the bathroom Bugs, Bugs everywhere! I killed 3 live ones that I saw. The room was not merely dirty-it was filthy. I spent two hours trying to the internet to work for a meeting I had. Went to a coffee shop to get on line. Absolutely disgusting, just needed a place to sleep, wasn’t paying attention, thought double beds meant 2, ok my fault, but the one little full size bed had all sorts of stains, so I pulled the blanket off, just to find blood stains in the sheets, great but we were starving and exhausted so I started looking up food places for a few and my kid started screaming bc a crew of cockroaches were crawling on the floor next to the bed, right by where our bags were. ​This hotel is infested with cockroaches. Throughout my week-long stay, I discovered that if you turn off all the lights, you will wake up with bites all over your body. ​I reported the bugs to the front desk after the first night and was told my room would be sprayed on Wednesday. Nobody ever came to spray the room, and the staff seemed unconcerned. They also refused to provide trash bags, telling me I had to buy my own.
