Unsafe and Not as Advertised. Honestly, I would like to request a refund. I arrived at the place, and immediately checked-out. The advertised laundry facility was "shut down," and no reason was given. My room key didn't work. As I walked down towards my room, the hall was full of noise from people who were blasting loud music with their doors wide open. Pretty bad experience. Keys didn't work at first, very kind front desk employee showed me how to insert them (wiggle it a little?) in the door. Outer doors were not locked (i.e. keycard access only) when I last entered about 10pm. At 7am, one of them did require my keycard. In the room: bathroom light didn't work. At all. Smelled like whole room had been cleaned with ammonia. Saw two bugs on the floor between the beds. Stove and refrigerator... but no plate, bowl, cup, utensils, pot, etc.? Worst hotel ever This place is crap, should be closed diwn
There were bugs all over the room the bathtub had noticeable scum buildup and no stopper. The refrigerator was either extremely dirty or rusted
Advertise correctly. This is not a destination for an overnight stay. More of an apartment. And dirty. Clean this place up. Oh, and stop the residents from setting off the fire alarm.
Horrible room smelled funny. Checked in three but couldn’t get clean washcloth and towel for the third. Environment wasn’t safe
