I wanted to check out early morning but they were not in the office. So, I had to wait until 10:00 just to check out.

Front desk person checked in and gave me the room key, when i entered the room, it was not at all cleaned. Then he could not give me other room, he said he has to call his manager. I waited about 30 mins, NO RESPONSE. I asked him what is my option now, he said we can cancel the room.

They had bed bugs

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom the tub was dirty, the blinds were torn up and dirty, the refrigerator was rusty and dirty, and when i asked to be placed in a different he said they all look like that i can refund your money but you will have to expedia in order to receive your refund
