Extremely limited services even had to take out own trash. Could not receive key card after 10 pm. Front desk had to escort to room to allow entry

Terrible hotel Room was nasty, toilet seat had mold on it, the beds were dirty. Immediately left and asked for a refund; but was told that wasn’t an option. No key or card for the door.

the moment we walked in there you can tell something was off. I understand the event we went to made this small town a little hectic but the manager was rude and made checking in very uncomfortable.
